Shea Schwartz

Shea is one of our amazing Project Managers from the Aurora Branch, and she has been part of the Northwest Restoration family for six months. She loves working alongside her husband (an estimator on our team!) and finds joy in turning challenging situations into blessings for our customers. 

When Shea’s not helping our clients restore their homes, she’s spending time with her family—especially her beloved grandchildren—doing puzzles, or listening to worship music. 🧩🎶

Linda Goodling

Meet Linda, one of our dedicated Project Managers in the Vancouver Branch! Since joining NW Restoration in May 2023, she has been passionate about ensuring our customers are happy with their restored homes. 

Outside of work, Linda loves dancing, reading, and baking—especially German treats 🇩🇪🍰 She’s also a big fan of European soccer and enjoys learning about Ancient Egypt. Trivia nights are one of her favorite ways to challenge herself! 

When she’s not working, Linda cherishes time with her two amazing kids, Christian and Ayana, and their beloved pup, Bella, who is very much spoiled. 

Looking ahead to 2025, she’s excited to find more work-life balance and take a vacation outside the U.S. 🌍✈️

Christopher Schwartz

Meet Christopher, our Mitigation Project Manager, who has been with Northwest Restoration for a year. He takes pride in providing clear communication and excellent service, helping customers navigate stressful situations with confidence. 

Outside of work, Christopher enjoys skateboarding, playing music, and spending time outdoors with his wife and three kids. He also plays a key role in supporting his wife’s growing photography business. 

Looking ahead to 2025, Christopher is focused on helping our Mitigation team grow, supporting his family’s goals, and making time for a well-earned vacation.

Brandon Fox

Say hello to Brandon, a Project Manager with our Restoration team in Aurora. He’s been with Northwest Restoration for just over a year and brings a steady hand and a compassionate approach to every job. His favorite part of the role is helping customers navigate the insurance process and restoring their homes better than before. 

When he’s not on site, you’ll find him spending time with his family, training and showing reining and cow horses, or hunting waterfowl. He’s a proud dad of three — his oldest is 10, and he has 7-year-old twins. 

In 2025, Brandon is looking forward to expanding his knowledge to better support our customers after a loss. We’re proud to have him on our team. 

Savannah Manion 

Meet Savannah, our dedicated Executive Administrator! For the past 2 years, she’s been a vital part of the Northwest Restoration family. 

When she’s not keeping things running smoothly at work, Savannah enjoys spending quality time with her family and diving into a good book.

James Williams Jr. 

We’re proud to spotlight James Williams Jr., our dedicated Mitigation Project Manager who’s been with Northwest Restoration for 5 years, bringing skill and heart to every project. 

James loves making a difference for our clients during challenging times, and when he’s not leading on-site, he’s racing flat track motorcycles or spending time with his family. 

We’re grateful to have him on the team. Thanks for all that you do, James!

Jennifer Mitchell 

She’s been making a big difference at Northwest Restoration as our Accounting Specialist for the past 1.5 years. Outside the office, Jennifer’s passions include traveling to new places and tending to her garden at home. Thank you, Jennifer, for all you do! 💐 

Alex Hillestad 

Meet Alex Hillestad, Project Manager for our Vancouver Structure team. Over the past year, Alex has dedicated himself to giving families peace of mind that their house will be a home again! 

 When he’s not overseeing projects, Alex can be found experimenting in the kitchen, perfecting his smoked meats, or enjoying the outdoors. He and his wife are raising an energetic two-year-old who keeps them on their toes. In the year ahead, Alex is looking forward to more family moments and a bit of time to relax.

Elmer Aparicio

Meet Elmer Aparicio, one of our skilled Estimators here at Northwest Restoration! With a passion for problem-solving and a creative approach to every project, Elmer is a key part of our Mitigation Team. 👷‍♂️ 

Outside of work, he’s a boxing fan and proud dad of three. We’re lucky to have him on the team! In 2025, Elmer is looking forward to growing alongside his teammates and contributing to our shared success.
